The following terms and conditions ("Terms and Conditions") apply to your access and use of this Website and the services provided herein by M3Tech and/or on its behalf. By accessing any page of this Website and/or using the services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions without limitation or qualification. Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully.

If you do not accept these Terms and Conditions, please discontinue your access to this Website and/or use of the services immediately.

1. General
1a. All products and services of the Website are subject to the applicable terms and conditions governing the products and/or services. Please check the applicable terms and conditions of sale associated with the products and/or services you may purchase/subscribe.

1b. These Terms and Conditions are meant to regulate your access to this Website and they are to be read together with the applicable terms and conditions governing any transaction(s), product(s) and/or service(s) provided on this Website. In the event of conflict between these Terms and Conditions and the terms and conditions governing the relevant transaction(s), product(s) and/or service(s) provided herein, the latter would prevail.

1c. The information and content provided in the pages of the Website may be changed from time to time with or without notice at M3Tech's absolute discretion. Your continued access or use of the Website and/or the services provided herein subsequent to any such change will be deemed as your acceptance to those changes.

2. Member Account & Security
2a. By registering with mym3.com.my, you certify that you are at least 18 years of age. To sign up an account, the user must complete the registration process by providing mym3.com.my with current, complete and accurate information as prompted by the registration details. Inaccurate details will result in suspension.

2b. The user is entirely responsible in maintaining confidentiality with regard to its password and account information. Furthermore, the user is entirely responsible for any and all activities that occur under its account. M3Tech will not be held liable to any third party claims and/or actions taken with respect to services/packages offered.

2c. The user agrees to notify M3Tech immediately of any unauthorized use of its account or any other breach of security.

3. Information of Services
3a. mym3.com.my provides mobile handset users with access to mobile products and services through its online (World Wide Web), SMS (Short Message Service), and WAP (Wireless Application Protocol) services (the “Service”)

3b. In the event of a discrepancy between the results provided and the official results, the latter shall prevail. While every care has been taken in this compilation of the information/results and every attempt made to present up-to-date and accurate information, M3Tech cannot guarantee that inaccuracies will not occur.

3c. The lucky number, horoscopes and almanac features are offered as fun information services only. We do not warrant that the use of information would increase the probability of winning any game.

4. Delivery of Services
4a. All the SMS are sent from “66600” without any additional charges to the user or subscriber.

4b. User may check the SMS delivery history/details from their own user account.

5. Credits & Auto Rewards
5a. One (1) credit is worth for RM0.20.

5b. There is an auto rewards for the users, which is based on the total credits usage in a month (which is from 1st day of the month till end of the month)

6. Payment
6a. All fees are payable upfront. Failure to purchase credits upfront will result in suspension of the services. Upfront payment refers to a payment that is made within a reasonable time so as to allow M3Tech to add the credits to the user’s account in forty-eight (48) hours normal working days. Payment shall be deemed to have been made as soon as the fee is available in M3Tech’s bank account.

6b. If the user has selected to pay for the services/packages by credit card (online), and M3Tech does not receive payment from the credit card issuer, the user agrees to pay all amounts due, immediately upon demand by M3Tech. All amounts are prepaid and the user agrees to pay and the Terms and Conditions of such payment, when such payment is made. M3Tech reserves the right to come to other payment arrangements on a case-by-case basis. (Agreements with the credit card issuer govern use of the user’s credit card, and the user must refer to that agreement to ascertain its rights and liabilities as a cardholder.) The user is charged in Ringgit Malaysia (RM). The final purchase amount is the amount reflected on the credit card holder’s statement.

7. Third-Party Content
mym3.com.my may contain links to other internet sites and third-party resources. mym3.com.my does not assume any responsibility or liability for communications or materials available at such linked sites. These links are provided for your convenience only. You are solely responsible for understanding any terms and conditions that may apply when you visit or place an order with a third-party site.

8. Modifications to Service
We reserve the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the mym3.com.my service (or any part thereof) with or without notice. You agree that mym3.com.my shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension or discontinuance of the service.

9. Termination
Either mym3.com.my or you may terminate this agreement at any time. Without limiting the foregoing, mym3.com.my may, in its sole discretion and without liability, terminate your password, or use of the service for any reason, including, without limitation, if mym3.com.my believes that you have violated or acted inconsistently with the letter or spirit of these terms. Any termination of your access to the service under any provision of these terms may be effected without prior notice, and mym3.com.my may immediately deactivate or delete your account and all related information and/or bar any further access to the service.

10. Limitation of Liability
In no event will mym3.com.my or its affiliates, licensors, or agents be liable under any theory of law, for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages, some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations and exclusions may not apply to you.

11. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless mym3.com.my, its licensors, suppliers and any third-party content providers to the service and their respective directors, officers, employees and agents from and against all claims, losses, expenses, damages and costs, including reasonable attorney’s fees, arising out of your use of the mym3.com.my service and resulting from any violation of these Terms or any activity related to your account.

12. Monitoring
mym3.com.my has the right, but not the obligation, to monitor the mym3.com.my service to determine compliance with these Terms and any operating rules established by mym3.com.my; and to satisfy any law, regulation or authorized government request. Without limiting the foregoing, we shall have the right to remove any content that we, in our sole discretion, find to be in violation of the provisions hereof of otherwise objectionable or in breach of mym3.com.my’s licensors’ obligations.

13. Miscellaneous
These Terms, the mym3.com.my agreement and the other rules, guidelines, licenses and disclaimers posted on the mym3.com.my website constitute the entire agreement between mym3.com.my and you with respect to your use of the mym3.com.my service and supersede all previous written or oral agreements between us with respect to the subject matter hereof. These Terms shall be governed by the statutes and laws of the Malaysia, without regard to the conflicts of laws principles thereof. No waiver by either party of any breach or default hereunder shall be deemed to be a waiver of any preceding or subsequent breach or default.

14. Notification of Changes
mym3.com.my reserves the right to change these terms and conditions from time to time. Changes shall be notified to you by sending email to your registered email address.

15a. The mym3.com.my services and all content is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. mym3.com.my expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Without limiting the foregoing, neither mym3.com.my nor its affiliates, licensors or agents, make any warranty that:
(a)The mym3.com.my service will meet your requirements,
(b)The mym3.com.my service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or Free,
(c)The results that may be obtained from the use of the mym3.com.my will be accurate or reliable, or
(d)The quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you through the mym3.com.my service will meet your expectations.

16. Privacy Policy
mym3.com.my is committed to protecting your privacy at all times. We use the information we collect about you to process orders and to provide a more personalized shopping experience shopping experience.
16a. What information do we collect and how do we use it?
When you place an order, we need to know your name, email address, mailing address, credit card number and expiration date in order to process and fulfil your order.
